Description

The purpose of the purchase is the renewal of the national market for transportation services by sea or air of materials to the Company's sites located mainly in overseas France (Martinique Guadeloupe, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Saint Barthélémy, Guyana, and Reunion Island). This purchase also allows for shipment from the Company's various sites in the French overseas territories, until delivery either to a Supplier in mainland France designated on the execution order, or to another Company's site Customs processing services without associated transport will also be handled by the Licensees.
The contract will allow for the organization of the maritime transport of various and varied flows of materials ranging from technical equipment to tertiary resources from, between, or to Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Saint Barthélémy, Guyana, Reunion, and Corsica. The Holders will also have to ensure the implementation of the gestures allowing the customs treatment of the entrusted flows.these flows will concern mainly EDF DSEI and EDF PEI (subsidiary of the EDF group). The volume to be treated, given as an indication, is of the order of : 750 containers per year,1200 Teus per year400 customs operations without associated transport per year,Groupage operations to a lesser extent. The contract will allow the organization of the routing by air of the flows of various and varied materials being able to go from the technical material to the tertiary resources to the departure, between, or towards Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthélémy, Guyana, Reunion, and Corsica The Licensees will also have to ensure the implementation of procedures allowing the customs treatment of the entrusted flows.these flows will concern mainly EDF DSEI and EDF PEI (subsidiary of the EDF group).the volume to be treated, given as an indication, is about 315 000 kg (taxable weight) per year.
