Description
Limoges Métropole wishes to entrust outsourcing services for the Limoges Métropole information system to specialist service providers. These services are divided into 3 lots:- lot no. 1: proximity - help desk,- lot no. 2: system administration and operation,- lot no. 3: managed hosting. This consultation only concerns lots no. 1 and 2. Lot no. 3 managed hosting has already been the subject of a previous consultation.
The holder of package 1 will have to participate in maintaining the Information System (IS) in operational conditions through a support centre for interventions (incidents and requests) related to users and a dedicated team present on site to carry out local operations. Lot No. 2 shall participate in maintaining the Information System (IS) in operational conditions through a team responsible for system administration, supervision and operation of the technical base of the IS and certain applications.
