Description

This contract notice concerns the establishment of a framework contract without financial commitment called EASI (Exploitation et administration SAFE des infrastructures), for the provision of facilities management services for the operation and engineering of Enedis IS infrastructures (excluding the Public Cloud, network and network security perimeter), in an agile environment.
1) Purpose of the service, to cover the following operating activities:- as an outsourced service centre (secure site of the incumbent) and with a commitment to results for the supervision, operation and administration blocks, in order to meet Enedis' reliability and responsiveness requirements;- on Enedis site, integrated into the DIGIT teams, and with a commitment to capacity (skills, compliance and continuity) for the expertise block, in order to meet Enedis' adaptability, automation and agility requirements;2) Technical scope:The Enedis infrastructure is hosted mainly on the two data centres in France belonging to EDF. Nevertheless, some of the environments are beginning to be deployed in the Enedis public cloud. Only the datacenter infrastructure perimeter is part of this consultation, excluding the Enedis public cloud. The incumbent will benefit from a delegation of use by Enedis of the EDF datacenter proximity actions contract and will use the existing processes defined in the event of necessary intervention on the datacenters.The datacenter infrastructures, services and operating solutions covered by the service are as follows:- x86 blades: Cisco UCS;- x86 racks: proliferating HP;- SAN racks: Hitachi, HP;- NAS racks: EMC VNX (NetApp at the end of its life cycle);- SAN switches: Cisco & Brocade;- backup appliances: Commvault (Networker at end of life);- virtualization: VMware, KVM, Openstack;- OS: Windows, Redhat, CentOS (AIX at end of life);- patching: Redhat Satellite, WSUS and SCCM;- container: Kubernetes (Openshift at end of life);- B- databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL (MariaDB, MongoDB, Cassandra to a lesser extent);- directories: LDAP, AD;- secret management: Hashicorpvault,- automation: Ansible, Ansible Tower/AWX;- scheduling: Control M,- DML: Artifactory;- supervision: Truesight, Centreon;- performance: DCRUM, ELK, AppsDynamics (Introscope at the end of life), DCIM (hosting and urbanization of hardware in the racks of the Datacenter): RackTables;- internal portal for managing infrastructure requests, forms and other reports related to infrastructures: portal below;3) Size and technologies:The Enedis server farm currently represents the following volumes:- processing capacity: 15,500 servers (2,000 VMs in the Enedis "private Cloud" (Openstack/KVM), 11,000 standard VMs, known as "Legacy" (VMware), 2,500 physical servers to host the Legacy VMs and the private Cloud mentioned above). The increase in processing capacity is of the order of +3,500 machines annually;- storage capacity: 14 Po of allocated storage distributed over twenty or so SAN bays and the same number of NAS bays;- database: 1,650 instances;- scheduling capacity: 530,000 scheduled jobs per week;- monitoring: 15,500 monitoring agents.The volume of job requests is around 10,000/year, that of incidents is around 35,000/year;4) Tools imposed and made available by the IT operator Enedis:SPICE (ITSM/ServiceNow) management of incident and DDES tickets and the "servers and equipment" repository i.e.. CMDB, Gojira (JIRA) management of project backlogs in agile mode, Goconfluence management of Gojira's associated documents, MySI management of the application repository, infra changes, disruptions/crises and disruptions/crises como, Redmine management of infra deployments, Origami management of team continuity and REX following disruption;5) Operational services as part of the service:- incident detection,- infrastructure management,- incident handling,- processing of requests,- carrying out deployments,- M to D of environments,- securing production,- industrialization,- projects.These volumes and lists are given for information only and are likely to change during the market.
