Description

The services that constitute both in economic and functional terms, the main object of the contract, consist in the management of the public service on individual demand inherent to the practice of water sports, for educational activities and ticket, as well as for competitive activities / july / motor, except for the reserve of water spaces in favor of the Associations of the Territory, and the custody service. The aforementioned management also involves commercial use within the limits of the tender documentation as well as the services (these to be understood as secondary services) of cleaning, routine and extraordinary maintenance, bar/restaurant and related activities, swimming school and gymnasium.Also ancillary and secondary are the extraordinary maintenance work, to be borne entirely by and carried out by the concessionaire, financed by third parties, quantified in the final draft as EUR 2 574 775,75, including VAT, of which EUR 2 040 000,00 for works, including charges not subject to rebates, and the drafting of the executive draft, the works management, the coordination of safety (design and implementation phase), the testing of structures and installations and the certificate of usability. The Licensee must pay the Municipality of Chieti an all-inclusive fee of EUR 250 000,00 (two hundred and fifty thousand/00) for the 25 years of operation, in excess of the amount provided for in the invitation to tender.
