Description
Services of the magazine operation at the Friedrichshagen site and services of book transport between the client's library houses. Provision of books for lending and their return, transport of the books between the library houses as well as creation of digital copies from books and journals and their digital dispatch. Securing the operation of the property with a usable area of approx. 32,000 m2 and an outdoor area by taking over the property services (technical management, caretaker services, maintenance, glass and window cleaning, outdoor and green maintenance, winter services). Maintenance services for structural and technical installations are not included in this invitation to tender.
