Conclusion of 2 framework contracts for the procurement of telecontrol equipment, accessories and additional services. Stromnetz Hamburg GmbH has a total demand of approx. 150 - 200 telecontrol devices per year (without obligation to purchase) over the contract period 2021 - 2025 (with an option to extend) The supplies and services are to include the following: Network stations (10 kV/0.4 kV) will be equipped with telecontrol substations (telecontrol module) for remote control and remote monitoring of the medium-voltage network. These are linked to the central network control level (SCADA system) via telecontrol nodes. Alternatively, the existing digital TETRA trunked radio network, the customer's existing telecommunications cable network (connection via DSL technology) and the public mobile radio network serve as transmission media for connecting the network stations. Small telecontrol systems that communicate with the higher-level equipment via the standardised telecontrol protocol IEC 60870 5 104 must be supplied. The ITU recommendations according to V.24/V.28 must be supported for coupling with the TETRA transmission technology (data radio module). Communication is carried out on layer 2 via the "Point-to-Point Protocol" (PPP), on layer 7 the telecontrol protocol IEC 60870 5 104 is used.
