The subject of the order is the maintenance and maintenance of traffic lights, active signs and light points (lighting) along national roads No. 39, 42, 45, 46, 46a, 46j, 94 in the area administered by GDDKiA Branch in Opole, Opole area for 24 months.
The subject of the order is the maintenance and maintenance of traffic lights, active signs and light points (lighting) in the course of national roads No. 39, 42, 45, 46, 46a, 46j, 94 on the area administered by GDDKiA Branch in Opole, Opole district in the period of 24 months, consisting among others of:- inspections, including the control of the operation of electrical equipment and measurements, - maintenance, - removal of failures caused by wear and tear of materials, - repairs of damage caused by external factors, - replacement of road lighting poles together with foundations and luminaires after accidents and collisions, - replacement of light bulbs in lanterns, - renewal and completion of missing information inscriptions on control and safety poles and cabinets.The contractor is obliged to maintain signalling, active signs and power supply devices in full technical and operational efficiency in accordance with the Technical Specifications - Terms of Service (ST-WRU), make detours of all devices and signs to detect possible irregularities in their functioning, repair and reconstruction of damaged or devastated devices, maintain devices in proper cleanliness, check power supply and make appropriate measurements.The Contractor is responsible for proper functioning of signalling and devices and bears sole responsibility for the consequences of improper operation of signalling and devices resulting from improper performance of services. The scope of the order includes: two-phase and excited light signalling, D-6 signs with a system of warning lamps, active signs C, D-6, U-5c with diode pulsators, lighting of pedestrian crossings on the basis of positive contrast and road lighting poles and lanterns installed on national roads being in the administration of GDDKiA Branch in Opole, region in Opole.The scope of the order also includes active signs and signals as well as road lighting poles (lighting) to be installed (or handed over) on national roads administered by the Opole Region, during the contract period.Contractor who will be entrusted with the execution of the order, in case of failure of traffic lights, is obliged to proceed to remove them within 2 hours of notification and within the time declared in point 3b) of the offer form in case of failure of active signs and street lighting, under pain of charging contractual penalties specified in the contract. Contractor is obliged to ensure 24-hour availability and 24-hour telephone contact.
