Description
The purpose of the current tender is the conclusion of two contracts with the same contractor for the provision of maintenance services for the premises of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) and the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) in Lisbon.
EMSA requires complete planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and emergency maintenance of its premises and technical equipment; all maintenance operations must be carried out in accordance with the building documentation, manufacturer’s technical instructions, relevant Portuguese norms and regulations. EMCDDA requires complete planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and emergency maintenance of its premises and technical equipment; all maintenance operations must be carried out in accordance with the building documentation, manufacturer’s technical instructions, relevant Portuguese norms and regulations.
