SEALED SUBMISSIONS will be received at the office of the Clerk of the City of Victoriaville located at City Hall, 1 Notre-Dame Street West, Victoriaville, until 10:00 a.m. local time in effect, Thursday, August 22, 2019, for the following project:
Maintenance of outdoor rinks for the years 2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 (Our reference 612.1110-87344)
Only bids prepared on the forms provided for this purpose by the City of Victoriaville will be considered.
Bid documents are available from the Electronic Tendering Service (OTS) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or 1-514-669-7326 or by visiting the website www.seao.ca, with reference number 1292128. Documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the OACS. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security representing ten percent (10%) of the first year's bid price, excluding taxes, in the form of a certified cheque drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or credit union made out to the City of Victoriaville or a letter of guarantee or bond from an insurance company holding a Canadian insurance license.
Each bid must be placed in an envelope marked as follows:

Only bids received before 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, August 22, 2019, will be considered. They will be open to the public on the same day and at the same time.
The City of Victoriaville does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, nor to incur any obligation or expense of any kind towards the bidder(s) and reserves the right to override a minor irregularity in the case of the lowest bid.
