Description

GRDF wishes to benefit from Framework Agreements allowing to ensure the Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) of applications of the Geospatial IS pole as well as to have at disposal a Framework Agreement allowing to request expertises/studies/audits on current and future niche technologies. This market will be composed of 4 lots, the following allotment was set up: Lot 1: TMA CARPATHE, scope Network Simulations Lot 2: TMA OSCAN, scope provision of connected services of simulationsLot 3: TMA CONSOBLOC, scope data modeling, forecasting, gas consumption Lot 4: Technical Assistance for Expertise and AuditsThe Framework Agreements for lots 1 to 3 will be single-award framework agreements with purchase orders and the Framework Agreement for lot 4 will be a multi-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts.
The CARPATHE application is based on the following technologies: Qt 5/6 open source version, Boost C++, OpenGL, Diff3, PROJ6, EIGEN V3The following services will be provided:- Current operational maintenance (corrective, adaptive, preventive) - Evolutionary maintenance - Scope extension studies - Performance tests - Application management - Level 3 support Reversibility The OSCAN application is based on the following technologies: Postgresql relational DBMS, Boost C++, Java, JSON for data formats, REST APIThe following services will be provided:- Current operational maintenance (corrective, adaptive, preventive) - Evolutionary maintenance - Scope extension studies - Performance tests - Application management - Level 3 support Reversibility The CONSO BLOC application is based on the following technologies: Java, ESRIL The following services will be provided:- Current operational maintenance (corrective, adaptive, preventive) - Evolutionary maintenance - Scope extension studies - Performance tests - Application management - Level 3 support - Reversibility - Modeling of a quasi-static regime for gas network simulation - Studies (reliability of the calculation core, algorithmics, mathematical resolution, etc.) - Documentation (retro doc, analysis of existing docs, etc.) - Development - Technological watch - Experimentation
