Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new equipment to the Vocational Training Centre in Kielce with the minimum required parameters/technical data/functions indicated in Appendix 2 to the ToR, including:2 CNC lathes with C axis, tool drives and equipment1 three-axis CNC milling machine with equipment1 five-axis CNC milling machine with equipment4 conventional lathes with equipment4 conventional milling machines with equipment1 conventional column drilling machine with threading function with equipment2 table drills with equipment3 table grinders with equipment1 band saw with equipment1 circular saw with equipmentThe machines and equipment to be ordered will be placed in the Vocational Training Centre, in the workshop, in the studios: conventional milling and lathe machining (2 studios), CNC studios - lathe machining centres, CNC studios - vertical machining centres - milling machines and in manufacturing techniques studios (2 studios). At the stage of order execution, the orderer will indicate the exact location of individual machines.Within the scope of the contract subject matter, the Economic Operator shall be obliged to:1) deliver, set up and install the contract subject matter within the premises indicated by the Ordering Party, together with installation and connection of all necessary utilities guaranteeing correct and safe operation of the device, in order to start the machines (power supply, compressed air within the premises indicated by the Ordering Party) and related equipment of electrical switchgears with necessary electrical protection for a given electrical device in accordance with the requirements included in the DTR of a given device, as well as to check whether the requirements included in the DTR will play a proper role at the location of a given device (voltage drop due to distance and effectiveness of protection against electric shock). There is a separate electrical switchgear in each room (6 pieces in total). Their equipment will depend on the equipment located in each room. In addition, as part of the pneumatic and electrical installation, the Contractor will provide the necessary elements related to the connection of machines/equipment, cables, select appropriate cross sections of power supply lines, perform a part of the necessary surface-mounted installation and perform complete electrical measurements in accordance with applicable regulations in this area. As part of the installation work, the Contractor shall submit industry-specific designs and material applications to the Contracting Authority for approval. After completion of the works related to the supply of pneumatic and electrical installations, the Economic Operator is obliged to provide as-built documentation to the Contracting Authority.2) Carry out trial tests and the so-called first start-up of the machines being the subject of the contract, using the materials provided by the Economic Operator and make the measurements necessary to confirm proper operation of the equipment.3) Provide training for the operating personnel at the Contracting Authority's premises.4) Grant a quality guarantee in accordance with the Guarantee Card which constitutes Annex 1 to the Model Agreement.5) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Annex 2 to the ToR.
