Description

Technical assistance and maintenance for maintaining in the best overall state of efficiency, rapid repair of failures, reconditioning or replacement of worn and obsolete components or parts, in order to safely ensure the maximum availability of operation of iron-washing equipment, glasswashers, washer disinfectors, steam and plasma sterilization equipment (autoclaves), washing tunnels, ultrasonic tanks, thermosealers, liquid vacuums, adjustable height counters, iron washer and autoclave loading and unloading counters, pass-through cabinets, pass boxes, water treatment plant "water softener" etc., as well as annual validations of heat sealers, iron washers, glass washers, washing tunnels, steam and plasma sterilization equipment (autoclaves), ultrasonic tank and full maintenance of the "T-doc" computer system (hardware and software).
Open procedure, pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles 35 and 60 of Legislative Decree No. 50 of April 18, 2016, as amended and supplemented (Public Contracts Code, hereinafter the Code) and Decree Law No. 76 of July 16, 2020, converted with amendments into Law 120/2020, as amended by Decree Law No. 77/2021, converted with amendments into Law 108/2021, through the application of the criterion of the economically most advantageous offer, pursuant to Article 36,paragraph 9 of the Code. The procedure will be carried out with the support of the Sintel telematic platform of the Lombardy Region.
