For the "Modernisation of the equipment of the Hemer technical training centre", the SIHK is procuring the service "CNC milling machine incl. software" (hereinafter the complete system (consisting of a 5-axis CNC milling machine with a B-C kinematic system and pallet handling system) incl. software) on the basis of a grant decision from the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) within the framework of the programme "Promotion of digitisation in inter-company training centres (ÜBS) and competence centres (special programme ÜBS digitisation)". At the Technical Training Centre in Hemer 96 apprentices are currently being trained. The entire system including software is part of the subsidised modernisation of the equipment at the Technical Training Centre in Hemer. The object of the present procurement is the complete system (consisting of a 5-axis CNC milling machine with a B-C kinematics and pallet handling system) including software. The B-C kinematics is used by the examination task and teaching material development department of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in the context of the final examination. Against the background of subsidised sustainable digital procurement through the special programme ÜBS-Digitisation and the current testing and training requirements, control of the milling machine via apps is required, whereby the apps are integrated into the company network via the controller. In addition, it must be guaranteed in terms of training that the milling machine and the training PCs have a uniform user interface. Please note that the offer must be accompanied by the confirmation of the visit to the Technical Training Centre in Hemer (minimum requirement - form 9).
