Description

The present consultation concerns the maintenance and P2 P3 servicing of air conditioners, thermodynamic water heaters and heat pumps equipping the residences and agencies of Côte d'azur Habitat. It is launched according to the open tender procedure pursuant to Article L.2124-2 of Ordinance No. 2018-1074 of November 26, 2018 bearing legislative part of the Public Order Code and Articles R.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to 5 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 bearing regulatory part of the Public Order Code
the present consultation concerns services relating to the maintenance and P2 and P3 of the air-conditioners, thermodynamic water heaters and heat pumps, equipping the agencies as well as certain residences of the patrimony of Côte d'azur Habitat, with punctual works of addition, modification or suppression of equipments.Annual maximum contractual amount: 120 000 euro(s) (H.T.).As an indication, consumption on the fiscal year 2021 (over 12 months corresponding to the contractual duration of the framework agreement): P2: 11,658.59 euros (excl. tax), P3: 10,941.40 euros (excl. tax), one-off works: 12,011.76 euros (excl. tax), i.e. a total of 34,671.75 euro(s)
