Description

Delivery by means of financial leasing of 6 brand new low-floor buses, max. class 11.5-12.5 m long, environmentally friendly city buses
The subject of the contract is the delivery by means of financial leasing of 6 brand new low-floor buses, max. class 11.5-12.5 m in length, environmentally friendly city buses.The description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1a to the ToR.Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV:34121400-5 Low-floor buses,66114000-2 Financial leasing services.Requirements for the subject of the contract:1. A brand new bus is considered to be a vehicle produced in the year of the completion of a given batch of the contract and not used.2As part of the offer price, the Contractor shall be obliged to: a. conduct at least five days of training for 5 employees indicated by the Purchaser, in the full range of maintenance and repair (electrical, mechanical and sheet metal) of the offered bus type. The training must be conducted within a period agreed with the Purchaser, and the beginning of the training must be within 6 weeks from the date of delivery of the first bus. The contractor shall be obliged to provide training materials. A detailed training program must be agreed with the Purchaser; b. to provide the Purchaser with full repair and maintenance documentation in Polish by the date of receipt of the first bus. Together with the delivery of the first bus, the Contractor shall provide media with software and necessary equipment (in accordance with the ToR), as well as documentation allowing, in accordance with Polish law, for the operation of buses on the Polish market.3 All buses offered must be of one brand. Delivered vehicles must be identical, in particular in terms of construction, technical parameters and completion and equipment.4 The Purchaser requires that the offered type of bus should not be a prototype, i.e. that it should be produced and placed on the market of any Member State of the European Union or the Kingdom of Norway or the Swiss Confederation, before the deadline for submission of tenders, in the number of at least 10 units.5In this number, the Ordering Party requires compliance with the bus offered in terms of vehicle type, as defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25 March 2013 on type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475, as amended) and compliance with the bus offered in terms of the type of basic power train sets.6 The costs of bus delivery shall be borne by the Contractor.7 The Contractor is obliged to insure each collected vehicle for the time of test drive.
