Description

The subject of the contract is to manufacture and deliver a brand new single-system electric locomotive in Bo'Bo' axis system, equipped with a 3 kV DC power supply system and having appropriate approvals for operation, including the operation of freight trains in the territory of the Republic of Poland without restrictions, as well as ensuring technical maintenance of the vehicle in question, in the period from the date of acceptance of the locomotive by the Ordering Party until the end of the guarantee granted and in the period from the end of the warranty period to the date of the first repair of the 4th level of maintenance, in accordance with the documentation of the maintenance system provided with the Vehicle. The Contracting Authority informs that the contract covered by this procedure is co-financed within the framework of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, Measure 3.2 Development of maritime transport, inland waterways and multimodal connections.
