Description

The subject of the contract is the production and delivery of a brand new multi-system electric locomotive in the Bo'Bo' axis system, equipped with power supply systems:- 25 kV 50 Hz AC,- 15 kVV 16 and 2/3 Hz AC,- 3 kV DC and having appropriate approvals for operation without restrictions, including the operation of freight trains in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic, as well as ensuring technical maintenance of the vehicle in question, in the period from the date of acceptance of the locomotive by the Ordering Party until the end of the granted warranty and in the period from the end of the warranty period to the date of the first repair of the 4th level of maintenance, in accordance with the maintenance system documentation delivered with the vehicle. The Contracting Authority informs that the contract covered by this procedure is co-financed within the framework of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, Measure 3.2 Development of maritime transport, inland waterways and multimodal connections.
