Description
The purpose of this consultation is to carry out the removal of bulky items (lot n°1) and the maintenance of facades, the clearing of outdoor areas and the pruning of trees (lot n°2) for the needs of SPLA-IN AMP.
The SPLA-IN AMP will have to acquire degraded properties (entire buildings, apartments, business premises), with various and varied clutter left by the former occupants or owners who refuse to remove them and leave them in place. Some properties, targeted by a peril procedure, must first be cleared before they can be structurally secured and comforted. SPLA-IN AMP has to resort to specific services in order to empty the properties of all bulky items, objects and waste, whatever their nature. This service is the object of the lot n°1. The lot n°2 concerns facade maintenance services, clearing and pruning which can notably concern properties with gardens in the heart of a block.
