Description

The subject of the tender is the delivery of four brand new reachstacker devices for container handling to the terminals of the Ordering Party, with the capacity to raise 45 tons in the first place with service. In the form of an option reserved for the Ordering Party is the delivery of the fifth reachstacker on the same terms and conditions and the choice of possible additional equipment (optional) for each of the reachstackers. This tender covers the devices that have been taken into consideration by the Ordering Party within the framework of 3 separate projects, i.e.: 1. expansion of the intermodal container terminal in Kutno and purchase of devices supporting its activity - POIS.03.02.00-00-00-0016/17 (2 equipment),2. purchase of transshipment equipment and construction of a crane track at the intermodal terminal in Brzeg Dolny - POIS.03.02.00-00-00-0017/17 (1 equipment),3. expansion of the intermodal container terminal in Gliwice together with purchase of equipment for its operation - POIS.03.02.00-00-00-0018/17 (1 device) Within the offer, the Bidder should take into account that the device which is the subject of the order should meet, among others, the following requirements the following conditions: - lifting capacity of 45 tons in the first row of containers and minimum 35 tons in the second row of containers, - possibility to reach the height of container storage for 5 layers for container height 9'6'', - the offered equipment is able to stack containers with a height of both 8'6'' and 9'6'' in the first and second row up to the fourth layer including the capacity specified in point a, for the fifth layer in the first row the lifting capacity cannot be lower than 41 tons, - the declared lifting capacity cannot be realized with the use of a stabilizer (support legs), the Ordering Party does not allow the delivery of the device with a stabilizer (legs, brackets), - lifting and lowering the boom vertically and horizontally should be carried out in a smooth and synchronized manner with the use of one button, - rotation of the handle (spreader) by min. 270 degrees, - acceptable distance between the axes of a reachstacker between 6.0 and 6.5 m. The customer prefers a smaller wheelbase as more advantageous from an operational point of view. Other wheelbases of the machine are not accepted. The Reachstacker must be approved for use on a 2.5% gradient surface, - additional folding seat in the cab with safety belt, - writing pad with light, - sun visor on the windscreen, - sun visor on the roof window, - electronic system / overload system, - bypass (safety bypass) on the key (two keys required in the set) The Customer shall approve a bypass with an electronic key (e.g. a bypass with an electronic key). additional working lights, 6 pcs, mounted on the handle, on the boom and mudguards or on the cab (in pairs respectively) - each of the two lamps; with a luminous flux of not less than 750 lm/piece,- external lighting on the device in LED technology,- lockable fuel filler,- electric engine heater, cab heating with thermostatic control, hydraulic oil heating system, (system protecting hydraulic equipment including solenoid valves against damage during low air temperatures, an additional air filter in the cab, - a pre-filter for engine air and an increased grip on the air intake, - an automatic extension of the handle to 30' (stopping the extension in positions 20', 30' and 40') and sideways movement min.
