Description
Letter of Intent: The Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food (Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung, BLE) intends to award the above-mentioned service for the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (Bundesamt für Verbraucherschutz und Lebensmittelsicherheit, BVL).
The procedure, with an estimated contract value of less than 100,000 euros (excluding VAT), meets the requirements for being able to take advantage of the acceleration options currently available for a limited period in accordance with the "Action Guideline for the Federal Administration for the Award of Public Contracts to Accelerate Investment Measures to Deal with the Economic Consequences of the COVID 19 Pandemic".
Please note that the procedure has already been started and a subsequent admission of bidders is in principle no longer possible.
