Description

Design and supply of a skatepark for the Halle de Glisse de Lille Sud. The consultation was carried out by procedure with negotiation in application of articles R. 2124-3-3º, R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the French Public Procurement Code (CCP). The contract was concluded for a firm period of four years. This consultation is in two parts. The first part involves the selection of candidates on the basis of the criteria set out in the Règlement d'appel public à la candidature (RAPC). Then a second part to select the bids, with the candidates selected in the first part.
Design and supply of a skatepark for the Halle de Glisse de Lille Sud. The services are paid partly at a fixed price (design, dismantling and assembly of the new skatepark) and partly at unit prices (intervention and repairs on the skatepark). For the fixed price part, the estimated budget is 500 000,00 EUR HT for the design, dismantling and assembly of the new skatepark. For the unitary part, in accordance with articles R. 2162-2 al. 2 and R. 2162-4-2º of the CCP, the services are carried out in the form of a framework agreement with issuance of purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum of 10,000.00 EUR HT over the overall duration of the contract (four years).
