Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide legal representation and legal services. The successful tenderers will be natural persons having the status of lawyer, or grouping together persons having this status, whether they act alone or as part of a grouping or as legal advisers. public law; criminal procedure and criminal law; general private law; tax law
- Assistance to project owners - public contracts: public contract procedure, contract performance, termination, subcontracting, assignment of receivables - public works concessions, public service delegation - marina concessions - assistance during judicial expertise operations before the courts. Expropriation - urban planning, environment - defence of the interests of agents and/or SEMSAMAR in the context of the functional protection granted to agents and elected representatives who are accused of criminal offences by a third party - corporate law, business and contract law, labour law and HR advice, particularly for pre-litigation and litigation in the field of collective and individual relations, intellectual property, commercial law, liability law.Procedures related to rental management, including collections and evictions, tax exemptions, tax credits, local taxation, tax regime specific to SEMSAMAR (in particular taxation applicable to Saint-Martin and the French overseas departments)
