Introduction : Country: Montenegro   Description of the Assignment: Lead local consultant for the design and facilitation of local dialogues   Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 31 May 2024 - 31 July 2024 (60 consultancy days) Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
