Description
GEWOFAG Wohnen GmbH intends to build about 160 apartments, a citizens' residence with about 95 residential units and an underground car park in Freiham Nord on 2 plots, WA7 and WA 8. A district cultural centre, a district library, a house for children, a family and advice centre, a health advice centre, an education centre and a house for children are also to be integrated into the development. 35,430 m2 gross floor space is planned for both WAs.
