Excluded are wet cells, the staircases, the central meeting area around the atrium and on the 4th floor the kitchen wing. The cavity floors are planned as wet cavity floors with calcium sulfate screed, total construction height generally approx. 140 mm up to the top of the screed. The area to be laid amounts to approx. 4900 m².Ground floor:Hollow floors are to be executed with partly 2-row raised floor channels in the northern offices of the fitness area, the post office and the hall incl. warehouse, execution as upper floors.
