Description

The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive service of washing, drying and processing (ironing, mangle, decontamination, etc.) of bed linen and hospital linen, together with the transportation service of dirty linen from the hospital's storeroom to the laundry and the transportation of clean linen from the laundry to the Purchaser's storeroom as well as rental of linen and implementation of the RFID system at the Hospital in Ostroda S.A.
The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive laundry services, drying and processing (ironing, mangling, disinfecting, etc.) of bed linen and hospital linen, together with the transport service of dirty linen from the hospital's storeroom to the laundry and transport of clean linen from the laundry to the Ordering Party's storeroom as well as rental of linen and implementation of the RFID system at the Hospital in Ostroda S.A.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as SWZ.3 .The Ordering Party requires that the services which are the subject-matter of the contract be provided in compliance with the legal regulations in force, i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2003 No. 169, item 1650 as amended),2) Act of 9 October 2015 on biocidal products (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 24 as amended),3) Act of 25 February 2011 on chemical substances and their mixtures (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2289 as amended),4) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 27 April 2000 on occupational health and safety in laundries and dyeing plants (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 40, item 469),5) Act of 5 December 2008 on preventing and combating infections and infectious diseases in humans (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2069),6) Other regulations applicable to these contract award procedures.
