Description

The present consultation concerns services for the laundry of reception linen and formal wear - an order grouping made up of Nantes Métropole, the city of Nantes, the CCAS of Nantes and the Esbansn. This contract takes the form of a single-awarded framework agreement giving rise to the issue of order forms. Reserved public contract: in accordance with Articles L. 2113-12 and R. 2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code, this framework agreement is reserved for the adapted undertakings referred to in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code and the establishments and services providing assistance through work referred to in Article L. 344-2 of the Social Action and Families Code and to equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disabled workers who, because of the nature or seriousness of their deficiencies, cannot carry out a professional activity under normal conditions.
This consultation concerns services for the laundering of reception linen and formal clothing - an order grouping set up between Nantes Métropole, the city of Nantes, the CCAS of Nantes and the Esbansn. This contract takes the form of a single-awarded framework agreement giving rise to the issue of order forms. The level of services expected under this framework agreement corresponds to an irreproachable level of quality in terms of cleaning and finishing, in connection with the performance of protocol activities (official receptions, ceremonies, etc.). Reserved public contract: in accordance with Articles L. 2113-12 and R. 2113-7 of the Code de la commande publique, this framework agreement is reserved for the appropriate undertakings mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code and to the establishments and services providing assistance through work mentioned in Article L. 344-2 of the Social Action and Family Code and to equivalent structures, where they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disabled workers who, because of the nature or seriousness of their disabilities, cannot carry out a professional activity under normal conditions. This framework agreement does not apply where there is a specific contract already awarded to a service provider, in particular for the- cleaning services for the professional clothing and linen of the members of the Nantes Métropole, City of Nantes, CCAS Nantes and Esbansn order group,- cleaning services for the linen of schools in the City of Nantes,- cleaning services for the flat linen and working clothes of the staff of the EHPADs and the Meal Production and Quality Unit (UPQR) of the CCAS,- cleaning services for the working clothes of the staff covered by SEVE.The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum threshold and with a maximum threshold valid for the entire contractual period, as follows: EUR 999 000 excluding VAT:- Nantes City Council: EUR 600 000,- Nantes Métropole: EUR 299 000,- CCAS: EUR 50 000,- Esbansn: EUR 50 000.For information purposes only, expenditure in previous years for the entire group of orders represents approximately EUR 16 000 excluding VAT per year.Formalized procedure subject to Article L. 2124-2 of the Code de la commande publique.
