Description

The contract includes the following services: a) cleaning of roads, streets and unpaved areas in the city within the scope specified in the cost estimate constituting attachment No. 2 to the SWZ, b) care and maintenance of greenery within the scope specified in the cost estimate constituting attachment No. 2a to the SWZ, c) winter maintenance of municipal roads and traffic routes within the scope specified in the cost estimate constituting attachment No. 2b to the SWZ.
a) cleaning of roads, streets and unpaved areas in the city within the scope specified in the cost estimate constituting attachment No. 2 to the SWZ, b) care and maintenance of greenery within the scope specified in the cost estimate constituting attachment No. 2a to the SWZ, c) winter maintenance of municipal roads and traffic routes within the scope specified in the cost estimate constituting attachment No. 2b to the SWZ.2Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the appendices: a) description of the subject matter of the contract - appendix no. 5 to the SWZ, b) list of communal roads, pavements, car parks and traffic routes - appendix no. 6 to the SWZ, c) list of: announcement poles, outdoor events, ponds and water reservoirs, sewage gutters, concrete ditches and drainage ditches - Annex No. 7 to the CSG,d) list of recreational sites - Annex No. 8 to the CSG,e) description of city decoration and national memorial sites - Annex No. 9 to the CSG,f) List of buildings and sites of national remembrance - Annex No. 10 to the CSG,g) Rules for removing snow and ice on roads - Annex No. 11 to the CSG,h) Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works - Annex No. 12 to the CSG.3The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment contract, people performing the following activities in the scope of the contract, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. a) driving vehicles,b) taking care of greenery,c) operating vehicles,d) sweeping and cleaning grounds,e) taking care of lawns, flowerbeds, trees, shrubs, clearing snow and taking care of proper condition of surfaces of traffic routes and car parks.
