Description

The order includes: a) Modernization will be subject to 1256 lighting points in the municipality including: - replacement of existing luminaires and extension arms for modern LED technology luminaires meeting the PN-EN 13201 standard, on the supporting structures of power lines in the number of 869 pcs. (Appendix No. 7 - Technical Inventory and luminaire table), - installation of additional lighting fixtures and extension arms in LED technology meeting the PN-EN 13201 standard, on the supporting structures of power lines in the number of 387 units, - installation of additional lighting fixtures and extension arms in the LED technology, meeting the PN-EN 13201 standard, on the supporting structures of power lines in the number of 387 units. (Annex No. 7 - Technical Inventory and luminaire table) b) replacement and assembly of extension arms, c) existing metering and control systems with 40 pcs. of peripheral protection installed in separate cabinets, except switchgears n/N, d) application and installation of intelligent control and energy management system (hereinafter referred to as "the System"), which will enable automatic change of lighting parameters, adapting them to current requirements resulting from changing road conditions. It is also a solution informing the lighting manager about work and failures of lighting, e) performing tests, measurements and photometric calculations for the whole scope of the contract, f) preparing a technical project. The design documentation shall be agreed with the relevant power plant, g) the modernization of lighting shall be carried out in accordance with the conditions for modernization of street lighting equipment issued by the power plant. The Contracting Authority shall make available to the Contracting Authority the terms and conditions of modernization issued by the power plant, h) providing the Contracting Authority with an IT system for lighting control with the possibility of remote monitoring of the constructed infrastructure, i) granting the Contracting Authority a licence unlimited in time and territory for the use of the system for remote monitoring of the constructed infrastructure, j) technical support and constant updating of the system software during the warranty period,k) achieving the environmental effect at the level of annual decrease of greenhouse gas emission (CO2 equivalent) of 454.46 Mg/year in the period of full five calendar years after the completion of the contract, which shall be confirmed by reports prepared by the Economic Operator for each year of operation of the modernised street lighting, while the Economic Operator, within the framework of the contract, shall obtain acceptance of the reports submitted by the Verifier to the Contracting Authority on its own and at its own expense. The verifier may be a person authorised as an energy auditor in the form of a certificate of completion of a qualification course or post-graduate studies, entered on the list of auditors of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development or belonging to the Association of Energy Auditors or being a certified energy auditor/expert in the field of energy. power industry entered in the PolSEFF register, l) other works and works necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract, including but not limited to: - development of a traffic organization project for the duration of the works, - marking, insurance and protection of the seized construction site for the duration of the works, - organization of the construction facilities, - organization of access roads and access roads to the property during the works, - preparation of complete as-built documentation with changes made during the works, in a paper and electronic version that can be edited (in ...ongoing removal of unusable materials from the construction site, - execution of repair works on the technical infrastructure whose technical condition has deteriorated as a result of the execution of works, including replacement works.
