The subject of the order is the modernization of street lighting in the Stanin Commune, i.e.:a.Replacement of street lighting fixtures and sports field lighting fixtures ORLIK:-disassembly of 1101 existing fixtures and supply and installation of street lighting fixtures in the amount of 1065 pcs. of LED street lighting fixtures and 36 pcs. of LED floodlights,b.Construction and installation of road lighting in the village of Borowina (Borowina Gąsecka)- construction of a new lighting cable line with a length of 258 m,c.Construction and installation of road lights in Borowina (Borowina Sarnowska) - construction of a new lighting cable line with a length of 1 230 m,d.Construction and installation of sports field in Jeleniec - construction of 6 new steel lighting masts - supply and installation of 48 LED illuminators on lighting masts,e.Construction and installation of sports field in Zastawie - construction of 6 LED illuminators. new steel lighting masts - supply and installation of 16 LED spotlights, 2 LED street lighting masts.
1 The subject of the order within the investment task, a.s.l: "Modernization of street lighting in the Stanin Commune" is the execution of the delivery of luminaires with fittings and installation materials, consisting of installing the supplied road lighting fittings with LED sources, in the selected area of the Stanin Commune described in detail in Appendix 1 to the ToR. Quantitatively, the scope of modernization consists of: a. Replacement of street lighting fixtures and sports field lighting fixtures ORLIK:- execution of the executive design and agreement with the local Distribution System Operator - PGE Dystrybucja SA Rejon Siedlce, before the commencement of installation and conclusion of the agreement with OSD on cooperation in modernization of road and street lighting,- disassembly of 1101 units. delivery of street lighting fixtures, in accordance with the submitted offer, to the place where installation works are carried out in the number of 1065 LED street lighting fixtures and 36 LED floodlights, having functionality of a variable power profile and group, power profile changes. The level of programming of the 24-hour cycle power supply of the supplied luminaire should take into account both the requirements of the PN-EN 1320 street lighting standard as well as the requirements set out in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of May 4, 2007, on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws No. 93/2007, item 623, as amended),- installation of supplied outdoor lighting fixtures on extension arms and poles in accordance with the "Description of requirements for the performance and functionality of the modernized road lighting system in the Stanin Municipality". (tables), in the amount of 1101 pcs,- installation of power supply cables (luminaire - protection) with a length of about 4 m for a set for overhead line poles and about 12 m for a set for cable line poles,- installation of protection for all luminaires. For the overhead line and cable line: 4A fuse liner, - replacement of AL/Cu current clamps for all overhead line luminaires. For a connector on an uninsulated line use a terminal adapted for mounting on uninsulated lines, for a connector on an insulated line use a terminal adapted for mounting on an insulated line, - replacement of the extension arms with galvanized single-arm luminaires for overhead line modernization with geometric parameters resulting from photometric calculations, mounted on the top and in justified cases when mounting on the top is not possible to the side of the pole in the amount of 1 065 pcs,- measurements of effectiveness of protection against electric shock, - measurements of resistance to earth and insulation of wires and cables - measurements of illumination intensity for five sections of modernized lighting indicated by the Employer, and in case when any of the measurements of illumination intensity does not confirm the levels from the submitted offer, carrying out 100% intensity control of modernized lighting covered by the project, at the expense of the Contractor - within a period not longer than 14 days,- making measurements of installed power and cos for all modernized lighting circuits - with a clamp meter,- checking the continuity of power supply cables wires,- making designs of temporary traffic organization with its introduction,- preparing as-built documentation.b. Construction and installation of road lighting in the village of Borowina (Borowina Gąsecka) - construction of a new lighting cable line with a length of 258 m,- the delivery of lighting cable AsXSn on the overhead line with a length of 218m,- construction of 3 pcs. of new steel lighting columns with a height of 8m, with an extension arm, on the cable line with the installation of 3 pcs. street lighting luminaires, - delivery and installation of 4 pcs. of luminaires on the extension arms on the existing overhead line poles supplied by the proven AsXSn cable - delivery and installation of 1 pcs. of new lighting cabinet equipped with control and safety devices.c.d.n.n.
