Description

With regard to the installation of a street lighting luminaire control system, the contractor at the proposed price provides: - All costs related to the collection, transfer of data between the system elements and the server and their archiving for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of final acceptance of the works. This means that the Contractor is not entitled to charge the Ordering Party with the costs related to the collection, transmission and archiving of data for a period of at least 10 years from the date of final acceptance of the works. - The contractor will describe in the system all visualised points, i.e. street lighting fixtures and power supply points. The description must be done before the works acceptance protocol is signed. The luminaire description will be coded as follows: - the first segment - number of the station from which the luminaire is supplied, - the second segment - number of the circuit from which the luminaire is supplied, - the third segment - number of the column on which the luminaire is installed, - the fourth segment - number of the luminaire in the circuit counting from the supply cabinet: - the first segment - town, - the second segment - number of supply station, - the third segment - number of circuits supplied from the SO cabinet, - the fourth segment - size of counter protection, - the Contractor at the offered price also provides training for at least 3 persons indicated by the Employer in the scope of control system operation and configuration in a cycle of at least two training sessions. The training must take place before the final acceptance protocol is signed. The training must be conducted with the use of the installed equipment in the City of Kolno.Implementation of the reception documentation with one-line diagrams of street lighting circuits separately for each SO cabinet in paper version and as-built documentation in electronic version in the geodetic reference system "1992", "2000/5". - SHP recording format *.SHP containing a detailed inventory of existing lighting, power supply stations, lighting cabinets and road lighting lines containing layers and attributes according to the following scheme: Thematic layer Lighthouses as a point / as a point / format .SHP described by the following attributes:- uniform, unique lantern number - location of the lantern (coordinates X,Y)- type of pole (steel, aluminium, concrete, other)- height of the lighting pole, (in meters)- distance of the poles (in meters with accuracy of 1,0 m)- distance of the pole from the edge of the road (in meters with accuracy of 0,5 m)- length of the boom (in meters)- height of the mounted luminaire - type and type of luminaire - actual power of the luminaire - number of luminaires on the pole - owner of the luminaire (Municipality, Energy Company) - type of line (overhead, cable) - type of line (AL., ASXSN, YAKY ...)Thematic layer Control boxes (as a point)In the .SHP format described by the following attributes: - uniform, unique SON control box number,- control box location (X,Y coordinates)- box type,- box conventional power,- pre-counter protections value,- transformer designation to which the power supply point is connected - number of circuits Thematic layer Transformer stations (as a point)In the format.SHP described by the following attributes: - trafo station marking - station location (X,Y coordinates) - structure (brick, overhead, container, other) The detailed scope of the order is described in the detailed design of annexes No. 8 and Technical Specification for the execution and acceptance of works - annexes No. 9 to the ToR, Equivalent solutions.Where references to standards, European Technical Assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 30(1)(2) and (3) are used in the ToR or in the Annexes, the contracting authority shall accept solutions equivalent to those described. When examining the design documentation, the economic operator should assume that each reference referred to in Article 30(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL used in the design documentation is accompanied by the word 'or equivalent'.
