Description
NGS (Next Generation Sequencing)1. The Ordering Party shall commission the Contractor to perform a multiple service (in tranches).2. Performance of sequencing service for samples delivered in batches from 1 to 200 samples3. The service will be performed on the basis of the material - total DNA provided by the Purchaser. DNA parameters: - total amount ≥ 1 ug (5 ug Nanopore),- sample concentration >100 ng/ul,- purity (A260/A280) ≥ 1.8.
