Poland - Laboratory reagents

Description

1) The subject matter of the contract are the supplies of reagents and consumables for the Analytical Laboratory together with leased analyzers for the Monumental Hospital of the Baptism of Poland in Gniezno, together with their transport, unloading and delivery to the Laboratory at 37 3 Maja St. Delivery should be understood as delivery of reagents and consumables with transport at the expense and risk of the contractor together with their unloading and delivery (at the expense of the contractor) in a manner indicated by the Ordering Party.2) The Ordering Party allows for submission of equivalent offers. A detailed description of the contract is given in the Description of the Object of Purchase (OPZ) - List of Assortment, which constitutes Annex 2a, and List of Required Quality and Technical Parameters, which constitutes Annex 2b to the SWZ.
