The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive delivery of laboratory reagents in accordance with the purchaser's partial orders, divided into the following parts:PACKAGE 1 - TESTS FOR STERILIZATION EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT PACKAGE 2 - REFERENCE STRAINS, ANTIBIOTIC DISCS, SUSCEPTIBILITY ASSESSMENT MEDIA AND ANTIBIOTIC MEDIA, TESTS FOR FUNGAL SUSCEPTIBILITY ASSESSMENT, The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the assortment form constituting annex no. 1 to the SWZ.
