Poland - Laboratory reagents

Description

The subject of the contract is a successive delivery of laboratory reagents for scientific and research purposes to the Purchaser's registered office. The Ordering Party requires that the laboratory reagents which are the subject of the contract come from the current production and have the legally required approvals and certificates permitting them to be marketed in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Each delivery will take place after placing by the Ordering Party a partial order specifying the type of laboratory reagents and their quantity according to the demand. Detailed description of the reagents, including their names and quantities expected to be purchased in the period of 12 months has been specified in assortment-price forms attached to the SWZ.
The purchase concerns reagents from the manufacturer indicated in the name of this part or their equivalents. The list of reagents to be offered is provided in the SWZ (in the form appropriate to this part - list of reagents). The names and quantities of the laboratory reagents indicated in these forms have been determined on the basis of the analysis of orders awarded and settled during the 12 months preceding the commencement of the procedure, determined on the basis of the Institute's own databases. The Purchaser reserves the right to change the quantity of the assortment ordered during the term of the contract, as well as to purchase the reagents not included in the lists, using the publicly available catalogues published on the manufacturers' websites. The requirements concerning the order completion method are included in the ToR (i.a. in the contract template).
