Description

3.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents together with lease of analyzers and laboratory IT system (LSI) for SP ZOZ in Łęczna. A detailed list of assortment is included in Appendix No. 2 - Price form attached to the ToR, Divided into 2 sets: Kit No. 1 - laboratory reagents code according to CPV: 33.69.65.65.00-0,Set no. 2 - laboratory reagents code according to CPV: 33.69.65.00-0,The Customer shall require full compatibility of the reagents, control sera, calibrators and consumables offered with the analyser offered. Full compatibility is understood to mean the full exploitation of the therapeutic potential of the offered analyser combined with the full exploitation of the therapeutic potential of the reagents, control sera, calibrators and consumables offered and the 100% compatibility of their therapeutic technology. The costs of reagents, control sera, calibrators and consumables underestimated in the offer shall be borne by the Contractor.3.2. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting a statement confirming the possession of the relevant document. All the items listed must be offered in the set. Failure to fill in any item within the part will result in rejection of the offer.3.4. The subject of the order is to be admitted to trading on the basis of applicable law and meet all requirements specified by law, in particular the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 211), free from any physical or legal defects and have on the day of delivery a guarantee for analyzers, not shorter than 33 months, consistent with the Table of Warranty Conditions and Warranty Service, attached as Appendix No. 8 to the To the ToR. Reagents and other products - min. The technical parameters listed in the Annexes shall be considered as conforming to minimum requirements. The elements proposed by the Contractors cannot have parameters worse than those given as formula.3.6. The subject matter of the contract is to be complete, i.e. in a condition allowing its use without restrictions, in accordance with its intended use, at the moment of commissioning.3.7. The subject of the contract includes training of personnel in the use of the supplied equipment, in relation to equipment that requires such use, with the minimum training time set by the Customer at 10 clock hours per each analyzer. The training will take place on two different dates indicated by the Ordering Party in the amount of 5 hours each, but no later than within 4 weeks from the signing of the agreement.3.8. Assembly and start-up includes all activities, including making appropriate modifications, installations, construction works, etc. necessary to hand over the subject of the contract in a condition allowing for its immediate, full exploitation, taking into account the mutual compatibility of equipment.3..9 In the event of doubts as to the conformity of the offered products with the requirements of the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to call upon the Economic Operators to present free samples of the offered products, i.e. for one item - 1 pc. or 1 packaging, respectively (in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract).3.10..11 Whenever the description of the subject matter of the contract indicates trademarks, patents, origin, standards, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority shall accept equivalent solutions. 3.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents together with the lease of analysers and laboratory IT system (LSI) for the SP ZOZ in Łęczna.
