Description

The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of reagents and laboratory wear and tear for the organizational units of the Medical University of Lublin for the implementation of research and development activities. The scope of the order includes 15 tasks (partial offers).2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is included in the model price form/order subject description, constituting Attachment No. 1a to the Offer Form.4. Requirements concerning the subject matter of the order:4.1.The Ordering Party shall require the offering of products of full value, not being samples, not previously subject to exhibitions and presentations, coming from current production, having legally required attestations and certificates of admission to trading in the European Union, not encumbered with the rights of third parties or third parties. The Ordering Party allows smaller packages, however, provided that the conversion is done in such a way as to offer the quantity ordered by the Ordering Party and specified in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form.5.Whenever the description of the subject of the order contained in the ToR indicates standards, trademarks, patents or origin, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. 5.1 The symbols and names used are intended to define the class and quality of the product which is the subject of the contract and serve to determine the standard of the product, but do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer.5.2. The Customer, through the use of own names and catalogue numbers of individual manufacturers/distributors, determines the quality, standard, physical and chemical properties, operating and functional properties, technical parameters which should be met by the offered equivalent product.5..3.1.for reagents: products with chemical composition and performance characteristics as well as quality products identical or not worse than those indicated in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form. 5.3.2.for laboratory equipment: products with technical parameters (e.g. scaling, capacity, dimensions and ranges, etc.), quality products made of materials identical or not worse than those indicated in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form.In order to ensure the quality of laboratory tests conducted as part of scientific and research activities, the reliability of such tests and their reliability, and due to the uniqueness, uniqueness, uniqueness, strictly defined methodology of conducted tests, the Contractor offering products equivalent to the products described in Annex 1a to the Offer Form - "Price Form/Description of the subject of the order", shall be obliged to:5.4.1 demonstrate that the products offered by him (each separately) meet the requirements described by the Ordering Party, in particular they are identical or not worse than the products indicated in Annex. 5.4.2.demonstrate that the products offered by him/her (each separately) meet the requirements allowing for the continuation of tests, without the need to perform additional activities (procedures), including e.g. calibration of devices, purchase of additional reagents and/or other consumables; 5.4.3.assume responsibility for damage to devices resulting from the use of offered and supplied equivalent products, based on an opinion issued by an authorized service of the manufacturer of the device/apparatus.5.5 A Contractor who invokes solutions equivalent to the products described by the Purchaser shall be obliged to demonstrate in his tender, in a manner which makes it clear that the products he offers meet the requirements specified by the Purchaser.
