The contracting authority wants tenders for two special stain instruments to safeguard the need for back-up and a flexible and good work flow. An holistic solution must be offered with standardised protocols and ‘ready-to-use’ reagents. Modern equipment with good development possibilities must be offered. The instruments must be delivered ready for use with necessary additional equipment and connection to LIS.
The contracting authority wants tenders for two special stain instruments to safeguard the need for back-up and a flexible and good work flow. An holistic solution must be offered with standardised protocols and ‘ready-to-use’ reagents. Modern equipment with good development possibilities must be offered. The instruments must be delivered ready for use with necessary additional equipment and connection to LIS.The instruments will be used in procedures and research at Stavanger University Hospital. The instruments must be suitable to carry out special staining of histological paraffin sections, as well as paraffin sections from cytology and post-mortem tissue. The instruments must have a combine capacity to stain an annual production of approx. 4,400 paraffin sections based on 2020 figures, with an annual increase of 5-10%.The instruments will be used during the day with the possibility of being able to run overnight. The maximum quantity for consumables in the framework agreement is set at 30% increase in addition to the annual increase of 5-10%.We also want offers for all instrument-dependent consumables.We refer to Annex 1 - Price Form and Annex 2 - Requirement Specification for more detailed information about what will be procured and which requirements are set.
