Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of scientific and research apparatus for the units of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, divided into 8 parts.2 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been included in appendices from 1 to 8 of the SWZ (Technical Specifications of the Subject Matter of the Order), respectively for each part of the subject matter of the contract.3 The Contracting Authority shall apply the procedure referred to in art. 139 par. 1 of the Polish Public Procurement Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate bids and then qualify the entity whose bid has been awarded the highest number of votes.The Contracting Authority shall apply the procedure provided for in art. 139 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate offers, and then perform the qualification of the Economic Operator whose offer was evaluated the highest, regarding no grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
