Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a set for the production of advanced therapy medicinal products containing living cells for the Research and Implementation Centre for Advanced Cell Therapies at the Department of Clinical Sciences and the Department of the Basics of Medical Sciences. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet constituting Attachment No. 2 (Part A) to the ToR. The provisions important for the parties, which will be introduced to the content of the concluded public procurement contract, are presented in the model contract - Annex No. 5 to the ToR. The Contracting Authority shall require that the offered devices included in the subject matter of the contract be admitted to trading on the territory of Poland and that they comply with the description contained in Appendix No. 2 (Part A) to the ToR. The Economic Operator shall specify in the Tender Form (specimen - Attachment No. 1 (Part A) to the ToR) the price for the performance of the subject matter of the contract. The Contracting Authority set the maximum completion date for the contract subject: Part A: up to 3 months from the date of signing the contract (the completion date for the contract subject is the criterion for evaluating the offers). The subject of the contract is the delivery of a CO2 incubator for the needs of the Department and Department of Basics of Medical Sciences. The subject matter of the order was described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet constituting Attachment No. 2 (Part B) to the Siwz.
