Description

The subject matter of the contract is delivery to the Contracting Authority's registered office together with installation and start-up of a system for dosing minimum quantities of substances, in accordance with the Contracting Authority's requirements specified in the technical specification of the subject matter of the contract contained in Part IV of the ToR (hereinafter referred to as the "technical specification"), hereinafter referred to as the "subject matter of the contract". The subject matter of the contract must be delivered together with operating instructions (in Polish or English), accessories, reagents, controllers, wiring and accompanying software together with the service and update necessary for proper functioning (obtaining full functionality specified in the technical specification). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the ToR.
The subject matter of the order is the delivery to the Ordering Party's registered office together with the installation and start-up of a system for dosing minimum quantities of substances, in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements specified in the technical specification of the subject matter of the order contained in part IV of the ToR (hereinafter referred to as the "technical specification"), hereinafter referred to as the "subject matter of the order". The subject matter of the order must be delivered together with operating instructions (in Polish or English), accessories, reagents, drivers, wiring and accompanying software together with the service and update necessary for proper functioning (obtaining full functionality indicated in the technical specification).The scope of the subject of the order also includes: a) provision of operating instructions for the equipment in Polish or English; b) basic 1-day training for three operators of the subject of the order, taking into account all aspects of use, from basic operations to details of maintenance of the equipment, problem solving and software elements. The Contracting Authority shall allow the training to be conducted on-line after prior agreement of the parties; c) additional 2-day advanced training for two persons operating the subject of the order; the training must take place within the time limit agreed by both parties, but not longer than 3 months after the basic training. The scope and duration of training must be defined in advance by the Economic Operator. In the event of occurrence of an event considered as force majeure in connection with the applicable emergency conditions (e.g. epidemic emergency, state of emergency, etc.), the training must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the contract.In the case of an event considered as force majeure due to the current state of emergency (e.g. an epidemic, epidemic, emergency, etc.), the Contracting Authority shall allow for the possibility of extending the date of advanced training to 6 months from the date of basic training, after a written request for an extension of the training period, with an indication of the impact of such an event on the performance of obligations under the contract; d) provision of technical service both by phone and by e-mail; e) provision of application service both by phone and by e-mail; f) provision of warranty and warranty service - detailed warranty requirements are contained in point 15 of the ToR.The delivered object of the order must be brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to test its correct operation. The offered object of the order on the date of the offer must not be intended by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale. The delivered object of the order must be ready for operation without the need to install additional devices and must be equipped with a sufficient number of cables necessary for the proper functioning of the devices and allowing it to be connected to standard power sockets, unless otherwise specified in the technical specification.
