Description
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its performance has been specified in Annex 1 to the ToR (Description of the subject matter of the contract), as well as in Annexes: No. 4 to the ToR (Model contract) and No. 2 to the ToR (Tender Form).
The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject matter of the contract should correspond to the description of the subject matter of the contract, be brand new and free from physical and legal defects.3 The Contracting Authority does not allow offering equivalent products.4A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its performance are specified in Annex 1 to ToR (Description of the subject matter of the contract), as well as in Annexes: No. 4 to ToR (Model contract) and No. 2 to ToR (Tender Form).
