Description

the purpose of this public contract is the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of HPLC chains, used for the control of health products and market surveillance and designated below. Within the framework of this contract, ansm intends to acquire: an HPLC chain equipped with a diode array detector (Dad) and an HPLC chain equipped with a diode array detector (Dad) and with a refractive index detector (Rid)
This is a composite public contract comprising an ordinary part involving the purchase of the first HPLC chain in support of the notification of the contract and including various associated services included in its overall acquisition cost (listed in article 1.4.1 of the ccap) and a purchase order part necessary for the purchase of the second HPLC chain as well as the consumables/accessories necessary for the operation of the apparatus and acquired by means of purchase orders: -delivery, installation, commissioning of the instrument, qualification operations (installation, operational, and performance qualification), training, warranty including unlimited preventive and curative maintenance (including travel, labor, and spare/wear parts) followed by the associated qualifications.The purchase order portion includes:The Purchase of the second HPLC chain with all the services mentioned in articles 1.1 and 1.4.The purchase of the second HPLC chain with all the services mentioned in articles 1.1 and 1.4.1 of the CCAP as well as the purchase of software evolution, accessories and spare parts necessary for the operation and maintenance (level I maintenance in particular) over time of each HPLC chain (catalogue part).Purchases on purchase orders are carried out as and when ansm needs them.The public contract is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum expressed in value and quantity over the duration of the contract (see article 2.3 of the RC and 1.4.2 of the Ccap).The notification of the present contract constitutes an order for the first equipment for delivery, installation and commissioning of the apparatus, followed by qualification operations, application of the guarantee period and implementation of the training. Each piece of equipment is covered by a minimum two-year warranty including preventive and curative maintenance, and associated qualifications, without limitation and without additional cost for ansm, during the period granted.The warranty period for the equipment runs from the effective installation and commissioning of the equipment, accepted without reservation by ansm in support of an installation report signed by both ansm and the contractor, subject to the prior submission of all the documentation cited in article 5 of the CCTP. In addition to the equipment, ansm may order from the contractor the accessories and spare parts used during the life of the equipment and necessary for the implementation of level I maintenance under ansm's responsibility. The list of the main references likely to be ordered within the framework of the present contract are identified in the financial annex (catalogue section) and appear in the supplier's catalogue
