At the site of the existing district school on Richard-Linde-Weg, an additional classroom building (House 4) for the lower grades is to be constructed in addition to the existing new buildings. This building 4 will be equipped with a reheating kitchen, which will be supplied with food from the vitality kitchen in the cafeteria opposite. In addition to the classrooms, specialized classrooms with the necessary ancillary rooms will also be built. Two specialized classrooms with ceiling systems (electricity and gas) and the associated collection rooms are to be installed in the new building 4. Furthermore, two art rooms are planned for teaching purposes. A sink with a sludge trap is planned for each of the art rooms. The specialist classrooms will each have 2 laboratory sinks. The media systems electricity and gas will be connected via the false ceiling and to the supply cabinet via a wall duct. The specialist classrooms will be equipped in accordance with the SBH sample room catalog and LB-Bau.
