The construction of a new kitchen and laundry is planned on the grounds of the Rheinbach prison. The content of this tender is the associated kitchen technology and small kitchen refrigeration technology.Kitchen technology:- 1 multi-tank fire transport dishwasher, 1 universal dishwasher, 1 potato peeling machine, 1 potato cleaning table, 1 table unit with dishwasher table and cooled substructure, 1 4-plate cooker, 1 pressure cooker, 6 cooking kettles of various technical specifications, 3 tilting frying pans, 2 hot-air steamers, 1 food distribution belt as well as 42 cable suspensions, 36 menu plates transport trolleys, 5 menu tray stackers, 800 safe menu trays with lids and 4 feeding trolleys, 800 feeding trolleys and 4 feeding trolleys.Cold rooms:- 5 cold rooms, 1 cold room combination.Kitchen small refrigeration technology:- 1 compound system for positive refrigeration, 1 compound system for deep-freezing,- 1 electrical control cabinet and 10 electrical control cabinets.
