In the course of the modernisation of the food supply in the supply centre of the University Hospital Münster, the user-specific bakery facilities are put out to tender. As part of the construction project, the "Central Kitchen" redevelopment area will be completely gutted in eight construction phases and subsequently restructured. The production operation of the central kitchen remains in operation in areas immediately adjacent to the construction phases. The production areas are separated from the construction sections by stock and dust protection walls with correspondingly high hygienic requirements. The central kitchen is located on level 5 of the supply centre at a height of approx. 12 m. The central kitchen is located on the ground floor. In the course of the measure, access to the construction site will be ensured by means of a stair tower and construction hoist. Further information can be found in the tender documents.
