Our project

Within the framework of the ESF federal programme "Safeguarding skilled workers - further training and promoting equality", we are implementing the transfer project "Kita im Wandel - partizipativ, inklusive, professionell". The aim of the project is to implement already successfully tested qualification contents from best-practice precursor projects and to supplement them with current needs. This should result in a systematic concept for personnel development in day-care centres in rural areas that is oriented towards the strategic goals of the executing organisations and enables sustainable and structured changes in educational activities and at organisational level.

A maximum of 20 days of challenges in day-care centre daily routine (generational diversity, crisis management, role clarification)

Maximum 10 days of content-related and technical consultation
Due to the current situation, it is possible that some events will not be held in attendance but as an online event.
Contracts can be awarded to one or more clients. Bidding consortia are permitted.
Secondary offers are excluded.
For the entire duration of the project, a framework agreement will be concluded in accordance with § 15 UVgO. An exact scope of the service to be provided cannot be determined at this time.
The annual maximum amount for fee services is fixed at 78,000 Euro.
Any rights of use that arise in the course of the assignment are the property of the client.
According to § 21, para. 2 UVgO, the VOL/B are part of the contract. Deviating general terms and conditions cannot be accepted.
