Discussions between the Client and the Contractor after presentation of a qualification profile prepared by the Client for the development of a job description and, if applicable, an optimised qualification profile,- If required, preparation of a job description/a qualification profile suitable for the media,- Search for candidates in the Client's own applicant pool or in networks.
