In order to be able to continue to act in the interests of the State of Berlin and thus in the interests of the project in the future - within the framework of the subsequent use of Tegel Airport - as well as to remain efficient and strong, Tegel Projekt GmbH is looking for further employees in order to ensure active support for the various areas and sub-projects, as the volume of work increases steadily as the project progresses. Tegel Projekt GmbH is now looking for a competent company as a framework contract partner for personnel placement in the real estate / construction / engineering sector in order to support Tegel Projekt GmbH in filling vacant positions on demand. Discussions between the Client and the Contractor after presentation of a qualification profile prepared by the Client for the development of a job description and, if applicable, an optimised qualification profile,- If required, preparation of a job description/a qualification profile suitable for the media,- Search for candidates in the Client's own applicant pool or in networks. If required and after approval by the AG, publication of job advertisements in relevant media, applicant management, including initial contact with the applicants and making a preselection, - rejection of applicants who are classified as unsuitable, - forwarding of suitable job applicant profiles to the AG, - if necessary, publication of job advertisements in relevant media, - applicant management, including initial contact with the applicants and making a preselection, - rejection of applicants who are classified as unsuitable, - forwarding of suitable job applicant profiles to the AG, - if necessary, publication of job advertisements in relevant media, - rejection of job advertisements to applicants who are classified as unsuitable, - forwarding of suitable job applicant profiles to the AG, - if necessary, to the applicants, - rejection of job advertisements.
