Description

Caretaker services for the property - Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL)/ Federal Ministry of Health (BMG), Rochusstraße 1, 53123 Bonn (size of the property: 61 443 m GFA) In accordance with the description of services and the contractual conditions. For the BMEL, the services are to be rendered from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) in the period from 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and for the BMG in the period from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) in the period from 6.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (normal working hours). In addition, it may be necessary for the contractor to work outside the above-mentioned standard working hours (e.g. to accompany events). Corresponding requirements on the part of the customer/user can arise at extremely short notice. The description of the exact activities, including the cycle, can be found in the performance description and the specifications (Annexes 2, 2 a and 2 b of the contract). Caretaker services for the property - Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung (BLE), Deischmanns Aue 29, 53179 Bonn (size of the property: 34 229.99 m GFA) in accordance with the description of services and the contractual conditions. Services must be provided from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) from 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (normal working hours). In addition, it may be necessary for the contractor to work outside the above-mentioned standard working hours (e.g. to accompany events). Corresponding requirements on the part of the customer/user can arise at extremely short notice.
