Provide field service labor, consumable maintenance parts for regularly scheduled maintenance inspections by qualified personnel for SOLAR TAURUS 60-7001 GS turbine generator . Provide necessary support for maintenance, trouble-shooting or component replacement. Provide certified replacement parts to cover defects in materials and workmanship, as well as normal wear and tear. Provide technical point of contact (TPC) of contact to provide maintenance coordination/planning, remote trouble-shooting and support for site related issues on . The TPC shall also review service bulletins and advise customer of its applicability to the covered equipment. The TPC shall utilize the InSight System to help maximize remote troubleshooting support.
Provide InSight System for remote monitoring and diagnostics capability that collects, stores, processes, analyzes and archives operational data from Customerâs equipment, such as, for example, power, output, speed, lube oil temperature and pressure, thermocouple temperature, fuel flow, valve and actuator positions, vibration, engine hours, starts, alarms, and shutdowns, among others. InSight System requires a dedicated network connectivity solution called InSight Connect. Managed and maintained InSight Connect hardware and software for data collection and transmission, network hosting and monitoring, and hardware and software maintenance.
